Nicole Cizenski

Nicole Cizenski is the Director of Operations at our firm, where she plays a key role in driving efficiency, structure, and growth. Since joining the team in August 2015, Nicole has led the transformation of our back office by implementing systems and procedures that streamline communication and enhance productivity across the organization.

She oversees the service, implementation, and placement efforts of our Employee Benefits division, in addition to supporting life insurance sales. In 2018, Nicole obtained her New York State license in Life, Accident, and Health Insurance, further strengthening her ability to support clients and the team.

Nicole also manages the firm’s operational relationships and collaborates closely with leadership to set and execute strategic goals for both team members and the organization as a whole.

Outside of work, Nicole is first and foremost a proud mom to two beautiful children. She and her family reside in Camillus, NY.
